We built IDR because we saw a gap no one was filling: Saudi Arabia needed a firm that could be in the room on both sides — Riyadh and Sydney, Arabic and English, government and boardroom.
Founded in 2017 in Sydney, IDR was built on a simple insight: the firms advising on Saudi Arabia's transformation were either global consultancies without genuine Saudi relationships, or local firms without international networks. IDR was designed to be both — Riyadh-anchored and globally connected, bilingual by design, and AI-enabled for McKinsey-quality output at boutique scale.
